NCAHAM - Serving North Carolina

The North Carolina Association of Healthcare Access Management (NCAHAM) is a professional organization dedicated to promoting excellence in the management of patient access services for hospitals and healthcare facilities across North Carolina.

Our Mission

Our mission is to improve patient care and community relations by providing a medium for education, cooperation and interchange of ideas by North Carolina access management personnel.

Our Membership

Currently we have members from over 40 healthcare facilities across the state. Our membership includes those professions who work in admissions, registration, scheduling, patient finance, guest relations and other related services, and is offered at three levels.

Full Membership: Managerial/Supervisory personnel

  • Have voting privileges on NCAHAM issues
  • Eligible to become certified
  • Eligible to hold State Office
  • Associate Membership: Non-managerial personnel

  • Have voting privileges on NCAHAM issues
  • Corporate Membership

  • Open to any corporation relating to the healthcare access industry upon approval of the NCAHAM Board of Directors
